Screen Print T-Shirts

Screen printing or silk screening is a printing technique particularly suited for flat or relatively flat surfaces. To create the print, the framed screen is positioned over the item to be printed along with a thick layer of ink and is then placed on a conveyor belt through a heat-tunnel. The screen printing technique will not crack, fade or peel and will last the life of the shirts.
Vinyl Transfer

Vinyl Transfers are a very quick and durrable method for placing an image on T shirts. The digital image is printed on a vinyl sheet, which is then cut to custom shape and heat pressed into the Tee Shirt. Vinyl trasfer allows for very vibrant and multiple colours while keeping the costs down for images of upwards of seven colours.
Embroidery
The embroidery machine uses digitized image instructions to create your design with threads. The number of stitches that the machine needs to make, the quantity of items being embroidered, and the location of the embroidery determines the embroidery cost.
