Shipping and Delivery

www.artik.com website is operated by 929425 Ontario Inc. O/A Artik - hereafter called "Artik" ("us", "we", or "our").

General Information

Artik only ships to addresses in Canada. Orders to any other locations will be F.O.B Toronto and it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange their own shipping pick-up in coordination with Artik’s staff. We don’t ship to PO boxes.

If you have a tight shipping timeline, it is always best to consult our customer service reps about the best delivery service option.

You can arrange pick-up at our Toronto downtown location: 
Artik, 314 Adelaide Street East, Toronto, ON, M5A 1N1

Delivery Costs

The cost of shipping your order will depend on your order size, the weight, the location, and the shipping service used. We will be happy to provide you with shipping estimates.
Additional shipping charges may apply to oversize or overweight items and to remote areas not covered by standard shipping service.

Taxes

The provincial sales tax of the ‘ship to’ address will apply.

Delivery Time (After the Production)

All delivery times are estimates for Canadian locations, some rural areas only have Canada Post service and delivery times will be longer.

FedEx Ground – estimated 3 to 5 business days

FedEx Priority Overnight – estimated 1 to 2 business days

Local Courier - same day or next day service within the Toronto area

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed (It does not include the production time); unexpected delays in processes or shipping can occur, and inclement weather can be a factor. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, please note that deliveries are not available on federal and provincial statutory holidays.

Damaged Goods and Late Deliveries

Please notify us within one business day of receiving the goods if there are any damages.

Our goal is to keep our customer’s happy, we will evaluate any claim and it will be at Artik’s sole discretion to assess the responsibility for the damages or late delivery. In all cases, Artik’s liability will be limited to replacing the goods supplied by Artik and not exceed those costs in any circumstance, no additional cost or loss will be covered.
