• Price includes: For screenprinting, 36 pcs includes a 1 color imprint; 72 pcs = 2 colors; 144 pcs. = 3 colors, 288 pcs. = 4 colors, 600 pcs.= four-color process or five spot colors; 1000 pcs. = 6 colors.
• Screen charges: Standard size = $125.00 per color for 26" x 48" imprint. Mega Print™ = $155.00 per color plus $1.25 running charge per towel. Imprint areas for Mega Print™ are CT12 = 26” x 54”.
• Four-color process: Not all designs are suitable for four-color process imprinting on towels; please submit your artwork for approval prior to placing your order. The minimum order is 600 beach towels. There is a 15% upcharge per towel. Art and film preparation charges are $480.00, plus screen charges for a minimum of four screens. A pre-production proof is required.
• Standard imprint colors: Process blue, blue (286), navy (281), yellow (109), athletic gold (123), orange (165), red (185), scarlet (199), maroon (201), purple (266), teal (321), kelly green (347), hunter green (349), and black.
• Artwork tip: Lettering should be no smaller than 1/4" tall for embroidery or 1" tall for screenprinting.
