Step 1

We create art with a computer and print it on film.

Step 2

We attach the positive to a coated screen.

Step 3

Expose the stencil with
Ultra-violet light..

Step 4

Washout the unexposed areas
with water.

Step 5

Mount the screen in a press where you want the image to print on the shirt.

Step 6

Add ink.

Step 7

Load shirt squarely on
the printing platen.

Step 8

Print with the squeegee.

Step 9

Remove the shirt.

Step 10

Heat the shirt

Step 11

Neatly fold and pack shirts in boxes.
