• Typesetting, computer clip art, scan and clean, file manipulation, etc. $60.00 per hour - average job $30.00 per colour in your design.

Four colour process and simulated 4 colour process:

The process of printing a photo or painting with four colours made of dots (blue, yellow, red, black) mixing and creating many colours. On T-shirts we are limited by the coarsness of the fabric. Realistic photos are hard to acheive and are better done with a computer transfer (works on light T's only), please call for pricing, min. 12 pieces.

We can simulated four colour process, this is a process by which we break the design into individual colours, usually six colours. This gives you a limited colour pallette and a more graphical posterized look, but the design is very clear and we have total control on each ink. Both these processes work better on white or very light colour T's.

• Colour separations range from $150.00 to $500.00. If you are supplying us with the separations please call or email us for instructions.
• Due to the difficulty of this process jobs will be priced individually.

• Metallic, Sparkle ink or Puff ink add an extra $1.00 per item.
• Rainbow effect add an extra $2.00 per item.
• Glow in the dark ink add an extra $2.00 per item.

• Ink colour changes are $10.00 each.
• Rush service (usually less than 1 week) is subject to an extra charge.
• Bright colours might need white ink underneath so they show on dark shirts.

• Embroidery costs depend on the size of the design and the number of stitches used. To get an exact quote please fax, send, or email us your design.
• Most cap and heart logo size designs have the following costs:
  • One time computer tape charge of $100 to $175 some designs can be more, for simple computer text the set-up is much lower.
  • For small embroidery designs add $2.00 to $5.00 per item to the prices in this catalog, call for exact quote.
  • Please allow two to three weeks turn around on embroidery jobs
